Nittany Lion Track and Field Names T.J. Crater Assistant Coach
Former NCAA Division II Assistant Coach of the Year T.J. Crater has been hired as an assistant coach on the Nittany Lion track and field staff, announced by Director of Track and Field/Cross Country Beth Alford-Sullivan on Tuesday. Crater comes to Happy Valley following coaching stints at Nevada and Central Washington and will oversee the Nittany Lion throwing events. Read More >>

Barber and Augustus Take On Hurdle Field at 2008 Olympic Games
Representing the countries of Trinidad and Tobago and Nigeria, respectively, rising senior Aleesha Barber (Decatur, Ga.) and Nittany Lion alum Toyin Augustus took on the world on Sunday, competing in the 100-meter hurdles at the 2008 Olympic Games. Although both Nittany Lions recorded strong performances neither managed to advance to the next round. Read More >>
