Softball Prospect Camp-All Skills, June18
Grades 7-12, girls
The Penn State Softball Prospect Camp-All Skills is designed for players who are interested in developing their skills in preparation for playing softball in and beyond high school. Players will have an opportunity to demonstrate their talents under the direct supervision and evaluation of the Penn State coaching staff. Each player will learn the same skills and techniques that the Penn State softball players use to develop their game. Emphasis will be placed on hitting, fielding, pitching, and catching in a fun and competitive environment. Players will be able to gather the information needed to reach their highest level of performance. The camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Enrollment is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Fee: $300/day camper (includes instruction, lunch, camp shirt, no housing)
***DAY CAMP ONLY/NO HOUSING
Meal: Lunch will be provided. Bring your own snacks to stay energized and your own water bottle to refill during camp. Gatorade and water will be provided.
Softball Elite Camp-All Skills, June 19
Grades 9 & up, girls
(Those currently enrolled in college need to be in the transfer portal to participate)
The Penn State Softball Elite Camp-All Skills is designed for players who are interested in developing their skills. Players will have an opportunity to demonstrate their talents under the direct supervision and evaluation of the Penn State coaching staff. Each player will learn the same skills and techniques that the Penn State softball players use to develop their game. Emphasis will be placed on defensive skill instruction for all positions (pitching and catching included) and offensive skill instruction in a fun and competitive environment. Also, players will play in live scrimmages. The camp runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Where: Beard Field
Beard Field is located on the corner of University Drive and Park Avenue. All registrants are asked to arrive between 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. to check in with camp personnel.
Accommodations
Participants are responsible for their own housing arrangements. A list of hotels, as well as additional information and maps, can be found HERE.
Equipment -- Participants should bring softball gear including gloves, turf/tennis shoes, cleats, bat(s), helmet, “fielding” face mask and water bottle. Catchers should bring all gear including shin guards, chest protector and masks. Water will be provided. Bring a water bottle to refill during camp.
