Welcome to the Athletic Compliance Office. Here, our job is to oversee more than 800 Student-Athletes and 300 department staff members, faculty, alumni, and boosters; ensuring that all are compliant with B1G Ten and NCAA rules.

MISSION STATEMENT

To ensure that the Penn State Athletic program operates in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the NCAA, the Big 10, and the Pennsylvania State University. The Compliance office is committed to educating every member within Penn State Athletics of the rules and regulations provided by the NCAA, in an effort to prevent even the minor infractions. In the case of a by-law violation, the compliance office will aim to identify, evaluate, and report the violation to the NCAA.
