SPARKS, Md. – Penn State women’s lacrosse earned three spots on the USA Lacrosse All-American list, the publication announced Thursday evening. Seniors Ellie Hollin and Lauren Saltz, along with junior Erika Ho all were named honorable mentions.
Hollin finished the season with the seventh-most caused turnovers in the Big Ten. The Monkton, Maryland, native posted 23 caused turnovers and scooped 31 ground balls in 2025. She also added five draw controls.
Saltz, a two-way midfielder for Penn State, wrapped up the 2025 season with 22 goals and 25 points. The points number matched her point tallies from her sophomore and junior seasons combined. Saltz caused six turnovers and vacuumed 21 ground balls. A staple in the draw rotation, the Westminster, Maryland, native secured 41 wins for the Blue and White.
Ho is one of the nation’s top draw takers and has developed into a lethal shooter this season. The Frankfort, Illinois, native won 112 draw controls in her breakout season, becoming just the third Nittany Lion to eclipse the 100 wins mark. Ho ranks 23rd nationally in draw controls per game, averaging 7.00. The tally ranks fourth in the Big Ten. Outside the draw circle, Ho leads the Nittany Lions in goals (46), points (56), free-position goals (14), game-winning goals (3), and ranks third on the team in ground balls (26). Her goals per game mark (2.88) ranks top five in the Big Ten.
