HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: Charles Wells comes to Penn State from Melville, N.Y. Wells previously fenced for his high school Half Hollow Hills high school. He started on the team his freshman, junior and senior year. He placed third in counties his junior year and earned three varsity letters. Wells plans to major in finance.
