LION CAREER:
AS A JUNIOR IN 2015-16: Ortiz saw limited action her third season with Penn State. She ended the season with a 1-1 record.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2014-15: Ortiz saw limited action her second season with Penn State. She finished the season with a 5-7 record.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2013-14: Ortiz has a very busy freshman season as a Nittany Lion. She went 14-11 in the regular season. Ortiz went undefeated against Sacred Heart, Vassar, Detroit, and Cleveland University.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: Danielle Ortiz was born in Queens, N.Y. and currently resides in Bayside, N.Y. Ortiz is currently a psychology major at Penn State.
