Richard Cho comes from Seoul, South Korea. Prior to coming to Penn State, Cho competed with the Lourus Fencing Club in Seoul, South Korea, under Head Coaches Cheon Woong Lee and Young Ho Kim. Cho placed Top-16 at the FIE Junior World Cup in Bangkok.
