Sophomore Jessica Danh heads into her second season with the Penn State fencers after a solid rookie campaign. Danh, one of three returning starters in the saber, will be looking to make her first trip to nationals this year.
Lion Career:
2006-07: Danh went 22-9 as a freshman, seeing action in each of Penn State[apos]s four dual meet dates. Her seventh place finish at regionals was not enough to earn her a trip to the NCAA Championships. Dahn posted dual meet records of 4-1, 3-4, 9-2 and 6-2.
HIGH SCHOOL/PERSONAL: Her full name is Jessica-Kim Phuong Danh. Danh is a graduate of Land-O[apos]-Lakes, Fla. Her fencing club coach was Ted Afield.
