2008-2009 SEASON - JUNIOR: Won four singles matches during fall play... Was the team[apos]s leading doubles player, competing primarily on the No. 1 court... Won nine doubles match-ups on the year with partner Monika Mical...Shutout Tania Varela and Lauren Lucido of Bucknell in the season opener, 8-0... Was Blue Flight champion with Mical at Sergio Tacchini Invitational with an 8-5 victory over UMBC[apos]s Barbara Couto and Carmen Jackman in the flight final.
2007-08 SEASON - SOPHOMORE: Went 3-3 in fall action with wins against Wisconsin (Elizabeth Dolan), Clemson (Kathi Gerber) and Cornell (Susan Sullivan)...Went 6-6 overall in singles, going 2-0 at the No. 3 singles spot...Competed primarily in No. 1 doubles competition throughout the spring pairing up with five different partners...Paired up with Lauren Holzberg for the first time at the Big Ten Championship but fell in a tight 9-8 (7-5) to Iowa[apos]s Jacqueline Lee and Alexis Dorr.
2006-07 SEASON - FRESHMAN: Finished 2-4 in fall singles action...Had a 3-1 overall spring record, playing in the No. 6 position...Earned a point against #32 Florida International with an 8-5 win over Priscilla Castillo...Went 7-10 in spring doubles...6-4 record when teamed with Jenny Shular, with an overall record of 2-3 against Big Ten opponents...The pair defeated Hillary Mintz/Merel Beelen of #7 Iowa, 8-4...Lotto was also teamed with Andrea Niculescu (0-4 record), Lauren Holzberg (1-1) and Dorothy Dohanics (0-1).
JUNIOR CAREER: Lotto, who began playing tennis at the age of 14, has made a name for herself on the Canadian tennis scene since winning OTA U16 title, which was her first-ever tournament appearance...Ranked as high as 10th in U18 singles in the OTA and has been ranked as high as fourth in Ontario Women[apos]s Doubles... Qualified for the Ontario Provincial Championships each of the last four years and played in the Main Draw U16 at Eddie Herr in 2003...Participated in the 2004 and 2005 U18 Outdoor and Indoor Canadian National Championships, claiming a top 10 finish in the 2005 event...Member of Team Ontario in 2004 and 2005...Given an award of excellence for history during her senior year in high school.
