Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Eastern

FOOTBALL GAMEDAYS
8 a.m. - 1 hour post game (unless otherwise noted on www.gopsusports.com)

The Penn State Athletics Customer Relations Center is located on the Penn State University campus and is a support group providing essential services to the fans and supporters of Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA). Representatives are available daily and also on football game days to offer assistance in many areas; general inquiries, Athletics/NLC account management, invoice payments, Nittany Lion Club program information, ticketing and parking information, game day assistance and customer feedback. If you are having a problem, we'd like to try to help you with that, too.
