UNIVERSITY PARK, PA., AUG. 15, 2007 - Penn State Nittany Lion basketball coach Ed DeChellis will appear on "Speaking of Sports" with Jed Donahue on the Sports Jam Network Thursday at 5:15 p.m. Speaking of Sports can be heard state-wide on more than 15 stations, including locally on WBLF 970 AM, on WTKT 1460 AM in Harrisburg and on WLPA 1490 AM in the Lancaster area.
DeChellis and Donahue will appear live from a special Big Ten Network dinner at the State College Ramada Inn celebrating its Aug. 30 launch. The free buffet dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16, at the Ramada Inn, 1450 South Atherton Street, and is and open to the public.
DeChellis and Donahue will discuss the Nittany Lions' recently released Big Ten Conference schedule and his expectations for a Nittany Lion team that returns four starters and its top three scorers, rebounders and field goal percentage leaders from 2006-07.
