Gissendanner posted her second-straight double-double with 10 points and a game-best 13 rebounds, while Tyra Grant (Youngstown, Ohio) tied the game-high with 17 points. The win over the Gamecocks marked the Lady Lions' first road win in nearly a year. Penn State's last victory at an opponent's venue was Dec. 17, 2006 when the Blue & White topped Georgetown, 52-44.

Grant continues to lead the Lady Lions in scoring with a 17.0 average and has remained solid from the floor with a 55.9% field goal percentage. Gissendanner is second on the team in scoring (13.8 ppg) and leads the Lady Lions in rebounding (7.8 rpg) after back-to-back double-digit rebounding efforts.

The Dragons dropped a 60-57 decision to Army Tuesday night to fall to 1-3 on the season. Gabriela Marginean leads the Dragons in scoring?(20.0 ppg), rebounding (9.5 rpg), assists (2.5 apg) and steals (1.3 spg).
