UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., September 14, 2008 -- A limited number of tickets remain for Saturday's clash between Penn State and Temple in Beaver Stadium.
Tickets are available after Temple returned a portion of its allotment. All remaining home games are sold out.
Kickoff is set for 12:00 p.m. Temple is led by third-year coach Al Golden, who lettered for the Nittany Lions at tight end from 1989-91.
Tickets for the Temple game can be purchased at www.GoPSUsports.com, the official website of Penn State Athletics, or by calling 814-865-5555 weekdays from 8 a.m-6 p.m. Tickets also can be purchased at the Bryce Jordan Ticket Center weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Coach Joe Paterno's squad is coming off a 55-13 win at Syracuse, improving to 3-0. The Nittany Lions are No. 15 in this week's USA Today Coaches poll and No. 16 in the Associated Press survey. Temple (1-2) lost, 30-28, at Buffalo Saturday on a "Hail Mary" pass on the last play of the game.
