Highlights from week 10 of the 2008 NFL season include David Macklin seeing his first action of the season after signing with the Kansas City Chiefs, Kerry Collins throwing for a season-high 289 yards and two touchdowns, and another impressive performance by Levi Brown and the Arizona Cardinals' offense.
