CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - After one day of competition, the Penn State swimming and diving teams are splitting a tri-meet with Virginia and Florida State in Charlottesville, Va. Competition will resume this afternoon against the Cavaliers and Seminoles.
The Nittany Lion men are trailing Florida State, 111.5-74.5, and are behind the Wahoos 129.5-56.5.
On the women's side, Penn State is on top of the Seminoles, 101-85, and face an uphill battle against Virginia, as it has a 114-70 deficit to make up in the pool.
Results will be posted following the second day of aquatic action.
