2009 WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State Page
UNIVERSITY PARK, PA. - The inaugural Pink Zone Online Auction comes to a close on Monday, Feb. 23 at 5 p.m. The Lady Lions will auction off their Pink Zone game-worn jerseys, as well as other items, including a timeshare for anywhere in the world, Penn State experiences and autographed memorabilia.
Funds raised through the online auction will benefit the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund. For more information on the Pink Zone Online Auction, visit the Pink Zone auction website at .

The Third Annual WBCA Pink Zone at Penn State proudly supported by Mimi Barash Coppersmith was Sunday, Feb. 15 versus Iowa. Fans received a Pink Lady Lion Basketball hat at the gates and there was a special presentation to honor breast cancer survivors at halftime. The first two Pink Zone events have raised more than $50,000 for breast cancer awareness. This year's fundraising efforts will benefit the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute, the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition and the Kay Yow/WBCA Cancer Fund.
