UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics needs personnel to sell programs at Penn State's eight home football games this fall. Sellers receive 50 cents per program sold. To sell programs, one must have reached their 16th birthday on or before September 5, 2009 and have a Social Security number. Those 16, 17 and 18 years old and still enrolled in high school must have a state Work Permit. (Work Permits are issued by school principals.) NCAA regulations also apply and are outlined in the registration information.
