UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The fourth-seeded and No. 16-ranked Penn State women's soccer team will play hosts to NCAA First and Second Round competition this Friday and Sunday. Penn State Athletic Communications has launched a Tournament Central page in order to help fans and teams keep up with the proceedings at Jeffrey Field this weekend.
At the Tournament Central, fans will be able to find links to GameTracker and follow game action through GoPSUsports.com All-Access for live streaming for Penn State's games. If streaming for non-Penn State games come available, GoPSUsports.com will make an announcement as soon as possible.
After the conclusion of each game, a recap, box score and post-game quotes from each team's head coach and players will be posted on the page as well.
Other useful information can be found on the page such as profiles of each team and links to the teams' respective web sites and stats.
Parking and admission information can be found in addition to a visitor's guide for out-of-town fans who plan to attend the games in Happy Valley.
St. John's and Virginia kick off action on Friday at 5:00 p.m., while Penn State and Colgate follow at 7:30 p.m. Admission to the game for Penn State students is free thanks to the sponsorship of the PSU Women's Soccer Boosters. For other fans, the cost runs $7 for adults and $3 for students/children.
