Penn State claimed its fifth-straight season opening win on Friday downing Penn, 70-55, behind a stellar 27-point, 10-rebound performance from All-Big Ten guard Talor Battle (Albany, N.Y.). The Nittany Lions also got 10 big points from junior forward Jeff Brooks (Louisville, Ky) in that game. Monday will be the Lions' last home game until Nov. 25 and their last tune-up before heading to Charleston, S.C. for the Charleston Classic tournament Nov. 19-22.

Robert Morris is led by two-time NEC Coach of the Year Mike Rice and is coming off its second-straight NEC regular season title and a 2009 NCAA Tournament appearance. The Colonials return three senior starters from a team that posted a 24-11 mark last year and won the NEC Tournament title. The Colonials lost their season opener at Syracuse, 100-60, after committing 28 turnovers. Sophomore guard Velton Jones led the Colonials with 15 points in the game.
