1. How did you get into playing volleyball?
"My mom played volleyball and she helped start the high school program in our area. I started going to practice and then started playing club."

2. How did you first become interested in Penn State?
"There was a tournament here every year and my team would always come. I loved the campus and plus, it was where my mom went to school. All roads just led to Penn State."

3. What is the biggest thing you've learned since coming to Penn State?
"I've learned a lot about being on my own and being okay out of my safe-zone back home."

4. What has been your favorite class at Penn State?
"Probably psychology. It's a part of my major and I think it's really cool to learn about why we do the things we do."

5. What would be your dream job?
"I don't know, that's a hard question. All the answers are super-cheeky, like rock star. But I think some sort of musician would be cool."

6. What do you think it means to your mom to have you playing here?
"I know it means a lot to her. She was just as excited as I was when the opportunity came up. I think it means a lot that I'm following in her footsteps."

7. What do you miss most about your hometown?
"I miss my friends a lot and my family and the comfort of being at home."

8. Describe your hometown to someone who has never been there?
"It's big with lots and lots of people in one condensed area. You can drive an hour in any direction and it's still the same town."

9. When you're not at practice and not in class, what are you most likely doing?
"Either hanging with my friends on campus or hanging in my room on the computer."

10. What is something you're known for on the team?
"They make fun of my quirky faces and the weird things I do when I don't think anyone is watching. They make fun of my dance moves a lot. The team also makes fun of how I'm pigeon-toed."

11. What is your favorite memory from the 2008 volleyball season?
"The freshmen skits that we had to do. "

12. Do you have any hidden talents?
"I don't think so. I can't do a lot of things. I can't whistle or anything like that."

13. If you could click your heels together three times and go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
