The Nittany Lion Club, Customer Relations Center, and the Athletic Ticket offices will be closed over the holidays. We will resume normal office hours on Monday, January 4th.
Nittany Lion Club representatives will be available to take 1-800- NITTANY (648-8269) phone calls from 10am-2pm on December 28, 29, 30 and 31.

End of the tax year giving information for the holiday break:
For end of year tax gifts, credit card gifts should be entered online before 11:45 P.M. on December 31, 2009. Click on this link to make an online gift https://secure.ddar.psu.edu/nlclub . Any credit card gifts received via mail after December 23, 2009 may be charged in the new year, however we will make our best effort to charge your credit card for this gift in 2009.
Credit cards charged on or after January 1, 2010 will be considered a 2010 tax year gift.
All gifts made by check must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2009 for 2009 tax credit.

The 2010 NLC membership deadline for ticket and parking benefits is Feb. 1, 2010.

If you are unable to reach us by phone during these hours and you have questions about your Capital One Bowl tickets, you may send an email to golions@psu.edu.
Any ticket inquiry after 2pm on December 31st must be handled in person at the Will-Call Ticket Window at the Citrus Bowl. Penn State Ticket Managers will be there to assist you beginning at 10:00 am through half-time. Penn State Will Call is located at the East Breezeway on the Gate C side of the Stadium. Please have photo ID to transact business at Will-Call.
