UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State women's swimming & diving team took part in an intrasquad meet Saturday morning as part of its Senior Day. Seven seniors were honored for their tenures with the Nittany Lions. The original meet was scheduled against Lehigh until the Mountain Hawks had to cancel due to travel concerns related to winter weather.

The exhibition saw seniors Stephanie Roop (Dowingtown, Pa.) and Lyndsey Smith (Westminster, Md.) and freshman Amy Modglin (Fort Myers, Fla.) win two events each. Roop was victorious in the 1650 freestyle and 400 IM, Smith won the 500 freestyle and 100 breaststroke while Modglin was first in the 100 backstroke and 100 freestyle.

Seniors Kailey Morris (Baltimore, Md.), Michelle Myers (Boalsburg, Pa.) and Daphne Skelos (Rockville Centre, N.Y.) each won an event as well - the 200 backstroke, 50 freestyle and 200 breaststroke, respectively.
