UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's volleyball team continues its quest to remained undefeated in EIVA play on Tuesday, March 23 when it travels to Juniata College. The Eagles and Nittany Lions are set to meet at 7 p.m.

Penn State Preview
The Nittany Lions are back on the road on Tuesday at Juniata, just a short drive away in Huntingdon, Pa. Penn State is coming off a 3-0 sweep of Saint Francis on March 19 and a 3-1 setback to Ohio State on March 21.

The Penn State men's volleyball team is now 16-4 overall with a 7-0 record in EIVA play. The Nittany Lions finished with a 1-1 record in two matches over the weekend. Attacking at a combined .324, the Lions averaged 14.71 kills per set, 13.57 assists per set, 0.71 aces per set, 11.00 digs per set and 3.00 blocks per set. Redshirt sophomore Joe Sunder (Greensburg, Pa.) led Penn State with 4.43 kps, while senior Max Lipsitz (Williamsville, N.Y.) attacked at a team-best .559. Redshirt sophomore Edgardo Goas (San Juan, Puerto Rico) had 13.57 aps and junior libero Dennis Del Valle (Toa Alta, Puerto Rico) had a team-best 2.86 dps. Lipsitz led the Lions at the net with 1.50 blocks per set.

Penn State vs. Juniata
The Nittany Lions own a perfect 36-0 record against Juniata dating back to 1993. Penn State hosted the Eagles on January 26 of this year and swept the Eagles, 3-0. Juniata has now won a set against the Lions since a 3-2 victory by Penn State on March 28, 2007.

Notes on the Eagles
Juniata is 5-10 overall with a 1-4 record in EIVA play. The Eagles are currently on a four-match losing streak, which began in a 3-1 loss to Springfield on March 5. Juniata most recently suffered 3-0 setbacks to Lewis and Loyola-Chicago on March 19-21. Zach Wanner leads the Eagles with 4.12 kps, while Mike Kraft has handled the setting duties with 11.48 aps. Anthony Damiano has a team-best 3.23 dps and Ben Wolff is averaging a team-high 0.85 bps.

What's Next?
The Nittany Lions return home for their final regular season home meet on Friday, March 26. Penn State hosts Princeton at 7 p.m. in Rec Hall on Senior Night.
