2010 NLC Holiday Schedule
Happy Holidays!
The Nittany Lion Club office will be closed over the holidays, December 23 - January 2 and will resume our regularly scheduled hours on January 3.
Even though the Nittany Lion Club, Customer Relations Center and the Athletic Ticketing Offices will be closed over the holidays, we will have personnel available to take 1-800- NITTANY (648-8269) phone calls from 10am-2pm on December 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31.

End of the tax year giving information for the holiday break:
- For end of year tax gifts, credit card gifts should be entered online before 11:55 P.M. on December 31, 2010. Click on this link to make an online gift https://secure.ddar.psu.edu/nlclub.
- Any credit card gifts received via mail after December 17, 2010 may be charged in the new year, however we will make our best effort to charge your credit card for this gift in 2010.
- Credit cards charged on or after January 1, 2011 will be considered a 2011 tax year gift.
- All gifts made by check must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2010 for 2010 tax credit.
- Any donors with questions or needing assistance with year-end stock gifts should call 1-888-800-9170.
- Any donors with questions or needing assistance with year-end gift issues can call Donor Services at 814-863-4862.
- The 2011 NLC membership deadline for ticket and parking benefits is Feb. 1, 2011.

Outback Bowl Information:
- Please visit Bowl Central for the most up to date Outback Bowl information.
- If you have an Outback Bowl ticket question, please call 1-800-NITTANY (648-8269) during our special holiday hours.
- If you are unable to reach us by phone during these hours and you have questions about your Outback Bowl tickets, you may send an email to golions@psu.edu.
- Any ticket inquiry after 2pm on December 31st must be handled in person at the Will-Call Ticket Window at the Outback Bowl. Penn State Ticket Managers will be there to assist you beginning at 11:30 am through half-time. Penn State Will Call is located at Raymond James Stadium Gate D1. Please have photo ID to transact business at Will-Call.
