UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State Field Hockey will host its annual alumni event during this weekend's Big Ten matchup with Northwestern. The weekend will be filled with great activities that include a "Clash of the Classes" alumni game, No. 7 Penn State's home game vs. Northwestern, and a special reception honoring the Final Four teams. All PSU field hockey alumni are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The alumni game will be slated for this Saturday at 9 a.m. leading into Penn State's clash with No. 16 Northwestern at noon, which will air on the Big Ten Network. All returning alumni will be honored at halftime of the game.
Additionally, a silent auction will be held this weekend that include items such as a Penn State football helmet signed by John Cappelletti, a hockey stick signed by Alexander Ovechkin, four Penn State - Nebraska football tickets and a two-night stay at the Penn Stater.

Penn State hosts the 2011 Big Ten Field Hockey Tournament from Nov. 3-6. Tickets for the Big Ten Tournament can be purchased by contacting the Bryce Jordan Center ticket office at 814-865-5555. All session passes are $18 for adults and $12 for students/senior citizens. Single session tickets will run at $8 for adults and $5 for students/senior citizens. Groups of 15 people or more may also purchase tickets at $12 for all session passes and $5 for a single session.
