UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Season tickets for the Penn State men's and women's gymnastics meets, including double dual meets, are now available. Tickets can be purchased through the Athletic Ticket Office by calling 1-800-NITTANY.
Season ticket prices are $12 for adults and $8 for youth. Season tickets are split into three separate packages, women's (two meets), men's (two meets) and double duals (two meets). Single tickets are also available for purchase in advance and at the door prior to the meet. They are $8 for adults and $5 for youth and groups of 15 or more. Group tickets can be purchased in advance for a reduced rate of $4 each.
The Penn State women's gymnastics team hosts four meets in Rec Hall in 2012. The Nittany Lions open the 2012 slate in a tri-meet at West Virginia with Maryland on Jan. 8, before traveling to New Hampshire on Jan. 14. The Lions welcome Michigan State, Cornell and Alabama to Rec Hall on Jan. 21 for their home opener.
The Nittany Lions men's team also hosts four home meets in 2012. Their season opens on Jan. 14 vs. Army before they travel to Michigan on Jan. 21. The team remains on the road for three weekends before hosting Illinois on Feb. 18. The men's team closes out the regular season in back-to-back home meets on March 17 and 24.
The men's and women's gymnastics team come together for two dual meets in 2012. On Feb. 18 while the Nittany Lion men host Illinois, the women's team hosts SUNY Brockport. The other dual meet is set for March 17 when the Nittany Lion women welcome Maryland to Rec Hall and the Nittany Lion men take on Big Ten foe Minnesota.
The Nittany Lion men's and women's gymnastics teams are hosting a Blue/White Showcase on Friday, Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. in Rec Hall. The showcase is free and open to the public.
