UNIVERSITY PARK, PA.; FEB. 20, 2012 - An Apple iPad, Beats by Dr. Dre headphones and five student season tickets for the 2012 Penn State football season are among the great prizes Penn State students can win Saturday in the Bryce Jordan Center when junior Tim Frazier and the Nittany Lion basketball team takeS on Northwestern in a 9:00 p.m. clash in front of a national television audience on ESPNU.
Penn State will offer an incredible group ticket deal of $1 tickets for registered Penn State student groups of 20 or more to attend the game. All students in attendance are eligible to win the prizes listed above as well as Penn State basketball gear throughout the night.
Saturday night's halftime will feature the jaw dropping performance of the
Russian Bar Trio which has was featured on "America's Got Talent" and has toured the nation astounding audiences.
Penn State has won three of its last four games in the Jordan Center, including an upset of then No. 22 ranked Illinois, and is led by Frazier who ranks second in the Big Ten scoring 18.5 ppg and leads the conference in assists (6.3 apg) and 20-point games (14). The 6-1 guard has scored 20 or more points in four of his last six games and became the first Penn State player ever to record at least 500 points, 150 assists and 50 steals in a season.
