FLUSHING, N.Y. - Senior Petra Januskova was knocked out of the USTA/ITA National Intercollegiate Indoor Championship Thursday afternoon in Flushing, N.Y.
Januskova exited the tournament after losing to California's Zsofi Susanyi, 6-1, 6-0, in the round of 32. Earning a spot in the tournament after dominating her opponents and winning the ITA Atlantic Regional Tournament, the nation's No. 52 ranked player was faced with a very tough first round opponent.
