I am very proud of them and it was a true team effort. I am also very proud of Katlyn [Elliott] finishing third and winning a Big Ten medal."

Katlyn Elliott earned a spot on the All-Championships team for her finish in a tie for third place. The All-Championships team consists of six medalists of the Big Ten Championships.

Northwestern and Purdue tied for first place as they both finished the tournament with 884 strokes, which equals to 20 shots over par-72. Paula Reto of Purdue won the individual portion of the Big Ten Championships as she shot a third round 70 to finish the tournament at four strokes under par-72. Caroline Powers of Michigan State finished in second as she was seven shots behind Reto.

The season is not quite over yet for the Nittany Lions as they do have a chance to make the NCAA's.
