UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Following a successful 2013 NHL Entry Draft, five members of the Penn State men's hockey team will participate in NHL development camps over the next week.
The attendees include returning Nittany Lions Casey Bailey (Boston Bruins) and Matthew Skoff (Philadelphia Flyers) and incoming players Patrick Koudys (Washington Capitals), Eamon McAdam (New York Islanders) and Mike Williamson (Vancouver Canucks).
Bailey and Skoff will attend their respective camps as free-agent invitees, while Koudys (2011, fifth round), McAdam (2013, third round) and Williamson (2013, sixth round) will attend the camps as one of their respective NHL clubs' draft choices.
All five student-athletes will be members of the Penn State men's hockey team for the 2013-14 season. The Nittany Lions will open Pegula Ice Arena with an 8 p.m. matchup against Army Oct. 11 and will begin their inaugural Big Ten season at Wisconsin Dec. 6.
