Tim Frazier led all scorers with 29 points as the Penn State men's basketball team downed in-state rival Penn, 83-71, Saturday afternoon at The Palestra in Philadelphia, Pa. The Lions improve to 2-1 on the season, while the Quakers drop to 1-2 on the year.
Penn State returns to action at 7 p.m. Tuesday against La Salle in the Bryce Jordan Center.
