UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State women's hockey is offering fans and collectors the chance to bid on authentic pink hockey jerseys with proceeds benefitting THON and Pink Zone through GoPSUsports.com.
Six jerseys are currently up for auction. Each pink jersey has the Penn State Nittany Lion emblem on the front, numbers on the back and shoulders as well as the symbolic blue stripe on the arms and base of the jersey.
Bidding on these jerseys continues until Noon on Wednesday, Dec. 18. The six jerseys up for auction are Nos. 2, 5, 19, 22, 25 and 31. Penn State will wear similar jerseys for its Feb. 1 game against RIT at Pegula Ice Arena. The remainder of the jerseys will be auctioned off at a later time.
