The Lady Lions suffered another narrow loss to a top-five team on Wednesday, when Notre Dame claimed a 77-67 victory at the Bryce Jordan Center, but you can start to see a young supporting cast that is beginning to catch up with the veteran leaders.
Penn State is 2-0 away from home this season, winning the Junkanoo Jam with victories over Oregon State, 61-56, and Illinois State, 72-60, on a neutral court in Freeport, Bahamas. Maggie Lucas was the Junkanoo Jam MVP and Dara Taylor was also selected to the All-Tournament Team.
