Anthony Zettel Named Ironman of the Game

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Junior defensive tackle Anthony Zettel (West Branch, Michigan) has been named this week's Iron Workers Union No. 3 "Ironman of the Game" after his dominant performance in last weekend's Big Ten opener at Rutgers. Zettel equaled his career-high of three TFL totaling four solo tackles and one sack.

Also this week's Big Ten Player of the Week, Zettel currently leads the Big Ten in TFL and is fourth in the nation with an average of 2.33 TFL per game. The West Branch native also averages one sack per game, which ties for third in the conference. He already equaled his season-high in tackles for loss with seven after Rutgers.

In the 2013 season, the former defensive end finished second on the team with four sacks and collected six tackles for loss. Zettel played in all 12 games recording 16 tackles for the season.
