Faculty and Staff Appreciation Series Ticket Order Form
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.; Dec. 16, 2014 - The Penn State women's hockey team will honor University faculty and staff with a Faculty and Staff Appreciation Series, presented by Penn State Hershey Medical Group. Faculty and staff will be celebrated during the Nittany Lions' series against Ohio State with complimentary tickets on Sat., Jan. 3 at 7 p.m. and Sun., Jan. 4 at 2 p.m.
Staff members can receive up to two complimentary tickets for themselves and a guest to each game against the Buckeyes. Additional tickets are $5 each.
To place a ticket order, fill out the attached form by Jan. 1, 2015. All orders placed within 10 days of the game will be left at Will Call. Completed forms can be e-mailed to bjm40@psu.edu, faxed to (814) 863-8432 or mailed to:

Tickets can also be purchased upon arrival at the game by showing your Penn State Faculty/Staff identification card.
