UNIVERSITY PARK, PA. - New Penn State football season ticket holders will have the opportunity to participate in the Select-A-Seat program during the Blue-White Game presented by AAA on Saturday, April 18 at Beaver Stadium. The game will kick at 4 p.m. with all gates opening at 2:30 p.m.
Season tickets are available and members of the Athletic Ticket Office will be stationed around Beaver Stadium Saturday. Fans that purchase new season tickets during the Blue-White Game will have an opportunity to select their seats in-person Saturday. The Beaver Stadium Virtual VenueTM Select-A-Seat began on April 8 for the 2015 campaign and can be accessed by visiting www.GoPSUsports.com/seasontickets. Fans can also hear about available season ticket locations by calling 1-800-NITTANY, weekdays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
There again was no increase in season ticket prices for Penn State football for this year with more than 2,200 new season tickets having already been sold for the 2015 campaign. For information on joining the Nittany Lion Club and purchasing season tickets, as well as club seating in Beaver Stadium, fans can visit www.PSUnrivaled.com or call 1-800-648-8269 (1-800-NITTANY).
Penn State has announced the addition of a Blue-White weekend special offer of $99 for three games at Beaver Stadium this fall - the home opener vs. Buffalo (Sept. 12), San Diego State (Sept. 26) and Army West Point (Oct. 3). The $99 seats will be located in the North Upper Deck and are available for purchase on Friday, April 17 at 8 a.m. until Monday, April 20 at 5 p.m. This is a limited time offer and will only be available online by clicking here, in-person at the Blue-White Game or by calling 1-800-NITTANY (closed on Sunday) from April 17-20.
Also on Saturday, and throughout the spring and summer, fans can purchase a $35 Seats for Service Members ticket to support our troops. Tickets will be donated to active and retired military and their families for the contest against Army West Point.
The Recent Graduate season ticket program returns this season. The Recent Graduate program gives Penn State graduates who earned an undergraduate degree from 2011-15 at any campus, including the World Campus, the opportunity to purchase up to two season tickets for $300 per ticket for the seven-game home schedule. The cost includes a $50 donation to the Nittany Lion Club and is a savings of 35 percent from the regular $460 season ticket price ($360 + $100 NLC donation).
Approximately 1,200 seats remain available for the Recent Graduate program on a first-come, first-served basis. Nearly 650 Recent Graduate season tickets have been sold so far. The seats will be located in the North Upper Deck, in sections NAU-NLU. Interested recent graduates can call 1-800-NITTANY weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Single-game variable pricing continues in 2015. Single game tickets will go on sale to the general public in July, with tickets being available for as low as $40 for some games. As an added benefit, members of the Nittany Lion Club will have access to exclusive pricing and priority purchase beginning in May for the entire season, subject to ticket availability. Groups of 20 or more are now eligible to purchase single game seats by calling 1-800-NITTANY. The Nittany Lions will host four Big Ten opponents - Rutgers (Sept. 19 in primetime), Indiana (Oct. 10, Homecoming), Illinois (Oct. 31) and Michigan (Nov. 21). Penn State also hosts Buffalo (Sept. 12), San Diego State (Sept. 26) and Army West Point (Oct. 3, Seats for Service Members) in non-conference play.
Penn State football caps its 15 spring practices with the Blue-White Game presented by AAA on Saturday, April 18 at 4 p.m. The game will air live on the Big Ten Network, the Penn State Sports Network and GoPSUsports.com. As in previous years, there will be no admission or game day parking fee for the Blue-White Game presented by AAA.
The overnight RV lot opens Friday, April 17 at 8 a.m. and is $60, cash only. Beaver Stadium parking lots will open on game day at 8:00 a.m. Beaver Stadium gates A and B will open at 1:00 p.m. for the player autograph session at 1:15 p.m. and all remaining stadium gates will open at 2:30 p.m.
