UNIVERSITY PARK, PA - The Penn State women's golf team travels to the Big Ten Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana with hopes to add another impressive performance after last year's fourth place finish. The tournament will take place Friday through Sunday at The Fort Golf Resort, playing at a distance of 6,221 yards with a par of 72.
The Big Ten Championships includes all 14 conference schools with the addition of Rutgers and Maryland.
Seniors Katlyn Elliott (Peterborough, Ontario) and Ellen Ceresko (Jefferson Township, Pa.) seek to wrap up their Penn State careers in style after leading their team throughout the season. Senior Elyse Archambault (St-Jean-sur-Rich, Que.) and junior Grace Chung (Toronto, Ontario) will attempt to match their performances from last year's Big Ten Championships as they finished in a tie for 18th and 59th, respectively.
Junior Halley Morell (Brecksville, Ohio) and sophomore Kendall Allen (Pittsburgh, Pa.) are both competing in the first Big Ten Championships of their careers.
