UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. --
Eleven current and former Nittany Lions are heading to Eugene, Ore., for the four-day United States Track & Field Junior and Senior Championships at Historic Hayward Field, June 25-28.

Robby Creese (Mount Airy, Md.), Quenee Dale (Ypsilanti, Mich.), Rachel Fatherly (Williamsport, Pa.), Tori Gerlach (Perkasie, Pa.), Brannon Kidder (Lancaster, Ohio), and Kiah Seymour (Washington, D.C.) currently compete for the Nittany Lions, while Darrell Hill (Philadelphia, Pa.) is wrapping up his senior year.

Bridget Franek (Hiram, Ohio), Joe Kovacs (Nazareth, Pa.), Casimir Loxsom (New Haven, Conn.), and Karlee McQuillen (Johnstown, Pa.) are alums of the Penn State track & field program.

Dale will be representing the Nittany Lions in the USATF Junior Championships, while everyone else will be competing in the USATF Senior Championships.

On the track for the Nittany Lions, Penn State will be represented in the 100-meter hurdles (Dale), 800-meter run (Kidder and Loxsom), 1,500-meter run (Creese) and 3,000-meter steeplechase (Franek and Gerlach).

In the field for the Nittany Lions, Fatherly will compete in the women's shot put, while Hill and Kovacs will compete in the men's shot put. McQuillen will compete in the women's javelin.

Earlier this season, Kovacs won the men's shot put at the Pre Classic at Hayward Field and he currently is the world leader in the shot put with his toss of 73-4.

Two weeks ago at the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Hill (shot put) and Kidder (800-meter run) both tallied second-place finishes.
