UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - With the first puck drop of the 2015-16 Penn State women's hockey season just a few months away, fans will be able to purchase their single game tickets starting Monday, Aug. 3. Single game tickets ($5) and season tickets ($50) will remain the same price from last season.
The Nittany Lions will embark on their third season at Pegula Ice Arena with a 16-game regular season slate. Purchases can be made over the phone (1-800-NITTANY, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) or by visiting the Bryce Jordan Center ticket office (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.). A Nittany Lion Club donation is not required for season tickets and parking is complimentary to all games.
The Family 4-Pack is also returning to Pegula Ice Arena for the 2015-16 women's hockey season. For $30, fans can purchase four tickets, four hot dogs and four sodas. (Only available select home games, visit GoPSUsports.com for a listing of dates.)
The 2015-16 regular season starts with Penn State hosting the defending national champions, Minnesota Golden Gophers, Oct. 1-2.
The Nittany Lions finished the 2014-15 campaign with the best record in school history at 17-16-4, earning its highest CHA Tournament seed at No. 4. The most improved team in the NCAA from a year ago, the Blue and White set program marks for wins (17), power play goals (23) and shorthanded goals (3) during the season.
