UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Nittany Lion Club members can begin renewing their Penn State football season tickets for the 2016 season online. The early renewal deadline for Nittany Lion Club members and season tickets is Sunday, November 1, with NLC members having an opportunity to receive 13 NLC bonus points or more for their early and online renewals.
Last year, Nittany Lion Club members demonstrated why Penn State has one of the nation's most passionate and loyal fan bases by contributing $16.6 million in annual giving during the 2014-15 academic year to greatly assist Nittany Lion student-athletes and the nationally recognized 31-sport program.
"We are grateful for the support of our engaged Nittany Lion Club members in embracing our commitment to providing Penn State student-athletes with a road map to achieve comprehensive excellence," Director of Athletics Sandy Barbour said. "The Penn State community is so passionate about our incredible student-athletes and what we are all about."
The Nittany Lions will play seven games in Beaver Stadium in 2016, including visits by five Big Ten foes Minnesota (Oct. 1), Maryland (Oct. 8; Homecoming), Ohio State (Oct. 22), Iowa (Nov. 5) and Michigan State (Nov. 26; Senior Day). The 2016 non-conference slate features visits from Kent State (Sept. 3) and Temple (Sept. 17).
NO 2016 TICKET PRICE INCREASE
There will not be an increase in the price of Penn State football season tickets or Nittany Lion Club donation levels for 2016. The cost for a season parking pass will also not increase and represents a savings of five percent off the advance car parking fee and 15 percent off the RV advance parking price. A season car parking pass will be $100 and a season RV parking permit will be $350 for the 2016 campaign.
Nittany Lion Club members can log into their Penn State Account Manager and view their 2016 season ticket invoice. Fans can remit their ticket payment or take advantage of a monthly payment plan option, even if they are considering making a change in seating location via the Beaver Stadium Virtual Venueâ"¢. Payment plans are available online at www.GoPSUsports.com/accountmanager when fans renew their season tickets. Nittany Lion Club members can also make their required donation from Penn State Account Manager. Penn State season ticket holders will have an opportunity online to add season tickets and parking passes for the 2016 campaign as well as opting into or out of 2016 seat selection using the Beaver Stadium Virtual Venueâ"¢.

ABOUT THE NITTANY LION CLUB The mission of the Nittany Lion Club is to provide annual scholarship support to Penn State University student-athletes and to develop private support for capital projects, endowments, and other needs as prioritized by Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics.
The Nittany Lion Club requests your continued support because Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is truly a self-sustaining athletic department, therefore intercollegiate athletics does not receive any state or university funding for annual operating expenses. Your contribution to the Nittany Lion Club directly supports grant-in-aid, operational support along with academic and medical support for our 800 plus student-athletes. Private support is essential as it enables Penn State to provide student-athletes with the best possible experience and the resources they need to succeed athletically and academically. The continued financial stability will allow us to maintain the tradition of academic and athletic excellence for our entire 31 sport programs. Nittany Lion Club membership can be renewed online at NittanyLionClub.com by clicking on "My Account." For questions on NLC membership, please call the Athletics Customer Relations Center at 1-800-NITTANY (648-8269), Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
