UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. ââ'¬" In front of a packed house inside Rec Hall, the top-ranked Nittany Lion wrestling team (15-0, 9-0 Big Ten) clinched a share of the Big Ten regular season title with a dominant 41-3 effort against Michigan State (1-13, 1-8 Big Ten) on Saturday night.
The Nittany Lions claimed victories in nine of the 10 bouts, including six wins featuring bonus points. Penn State tallied three pins ââ'¬" Jordan Conaway, Jason Nolf and Morgan McIntosh, two technical falls ââ'¬" Zain Retherford and Bo Nickal, and a major decision ââ'¬" Nico Megaludis.
