UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - No. 7 Penn State men's volleyball (8-2, 3-0) look to continue their win streak of seven straight as they begin an 11-game home stand starting this weekend with NJIT and Princeton. The Nittany Lions take on NJIT (0-8, 0-0) Friday, Feb. 19 at 7 p.m. ET, followed by a Saturday Feb. 20 match up against the Tigers of Princeton (2-5, 2-0) at 4 p.m. ET in South Gym.

QUICK SETS
* Through 10 games this season, junior Chris Nugent leads the team with 139 kills on 264 attempts hitting .311 on the year followed closely by Jalen Penrose's 94 kills on 190 attempts hitting .216 on the season. Taylor Hammond leads the Nittany Lions with 382 assist, averaging 11.58 per set - second best in the NCAA, while Royce Clemens leads the team with 82 digs. Redshirt Junior and Team Captain Matt Callaway has recorded 35 total blocks this season averaging 1.09 per set this season.

* Penn State currently leads the EIVA with a 3-0 record in conference play. Princeton is second in the EIVA with a record of 2-0 in conference play and 2-5 overall. George Mason is in third-place as the final team with an undefeated record in conference play sporting a 1-0 record in EIVA play.

A CLOSER LOOK AT THE COMPETITION
The Nittany Lions welcome NJIT to University Park holding a 36-1 all-time series lead over the Highlanders. Penn State's lone loss in the series came on February 19, 1998 on the road, losing 3-1.

Penn State will look to continue its success against Princeton Saturday February 20th as they'll enter the match holding a 53-3 series lead over the Tigers. The Nittany Lions defeated Princeton 3-0 during their last matchup in Rec Hall back on April 29, 2015 in the EIVA semi-final match.

AVCA DI-II COACHES' POLL UPDATE: WEEK SIX
Penn State held steady at No. 7 in the latest AVCA Top 15 Coaches Poll. PSU has been in the top 15 the last five consecutive weeks since debuting at No. 10 in the AVCA DI-II pre-season poll. The Nittany Lions have now seen or will see a total of nine teams from the top 15 at some point during the regular season.

Penn State will return to Rec Hall for games three and four of their 11-game home stand Friday Feb. 26 and Feb. 27 to face Charleston (WV) and George Mason with both matched slated for a 7 p.m. first whistle.
