Fencing Heads Down South for Annual Duke Meet

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - After last weekend's strong performance at Notre Dame, Coach Wes Glon and his fencing team will travel to Durham, N.C., Feb. 6-7 to compete in Duke's annual Duke Meet. Competition begins at 8 a.m. and will last approximately until 4:15 p.m. each day.

Including the Blue Devils, Penn State will face off against Brandeis, North Carolina, Johns Hopkins (men only) and Temple (women only). Penn State will also have a shot at redemption versus Notre Dame after falling short in last weekend's contest.

Competing for the men:

Foil ââ'¬" Howie Chan (Walnut, Calif.), Nobuo Bravo (San Francisco, Calif.), Julian Fevry (St. Albans, N.Y.), Nicolas Graziano (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Richard Cho (Seoul, South Korea).

Epee ââ'¬" Patrick August (Las Vegas, Nev.), Lars Swanson (Mendham, N.J.), Conor Shepard (Colleyville, Texas), Joshua Cole (Chappaqua, N.Y.), Oskar Tang (Gothenburg, Sweden) and Anton Piskovatskov (Houston, Texas).

Competing for the women:
