April 27, 2016

ROSEMONT, Ill. - Turning in the No. 4 time in the NCAA this season in the 1,500-meters, Brannon Kidder has been named the Big Ten Men's Co-Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office Wednesday afternoon.

The men's 1,500-meters at the Stanford Twilight Friday night saw Brannon Kidder make a big move on the backstretch with 300-meters to go to for the win, running a very quick time of 3:40.11 crossing the line with a 15-meter lead. Kidder's time is currently ranked No. 4 in the NCAA and No. 1 in the Big Ten.
