Rose Bowl Game Trophy Tour Set for Monday

UNIVERSITY PARK, PA. - Representatives from the Tournament of Roses will be bringing the Leishman Trophy for the Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual to various locations around State College and Penn State on Monday. The tour gives fans the opportunity to have their picture with the trophy. At Lettermans stop, the Tournament of Roses will giveaway four sets of Rose Bowl Game tickets and Rose Bowl gear, as well as food for fans, while supplies last.

The tour schedule for Monday is as follows (open to the public):

Penn State won its first Big Ten Championship since 2008 and fourth overall with an 11-2 regular season and 8-1 mark in Big Ten play. The Rose Bowl Game presented by Northwestern Mutual is slated for Monday, January 2 at 5 p.m. (ET) on ESPN. The game vs. USC will also air on the Penn State Sports Network (3:30 p.m. airtime).

Penn State season ticket renewals and Nittany Lion Club membership renewals also are underway for the 2017 campaign. The ticket invoice and Nittany Lion Club renewal deadline is Feb. 1, 2017. There will not be any increase in the price of Penn State football season tickets or Nittany Lion Club donation levels for next season.

More than 1,000 new season tickets have been sold for the 2017 campaign.
