Harris and Sigue Called to Canadian National Team Camp

Penn State forwards Dayonn Harris (Milton, Ontario) and Aymar Sigue (St. Albert, Alberta) have been called up to the Canadian Under-20 National Team for training camp from Jan. 12-22 in Canada and Panama.

The Canadian U20 National Team will travel for international matches with Panama on Jan. 19 and Jan. 20 while preparing for the upcoming CONCACAF Men's Under-20 Championship, Feb. 17-Mar. 6 in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Harris and Sigue are two of 24 players to be selected to the roster, including two goalkeepers, six defenders, 10 midfielders and six forwards.

Harris played in and started all 18 matches for the Nittany Lions in the 2016 season, scoring three goals and adding two assists for eight points. The Milton, Ontario native netted two goals against No. 4 Maryland and scored the game-winning goal against Pittsburgh.

Sigue played in 16 matches with 11 starts in his first season with Penn State after transferring from Tulsa. The St. Albert, Alberta native scored three goals for six points, including the game-winner against Oakland, Sept. 5. Sigue helped the Nittany Lions to a 4-2 victory over Ohio State with a goal and scored the golden goal in overtime against Rutgers, Oct. 21.
