SPRING SCHEDULE
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State field hockey team announced its 2017 spring schedule on which includes five game dates, two at home. The Nittany Lions host Syracuse and Bucknell along with their annual alumni game.
The squad is set to face top competition this spring, starting on Saturday, Mar. 25 at James Madison where the Lions face Colonial Athletic Association Runner-Up JMU who fell to the eventual National Champions in Delaware.
Penn State returns home to the Penn State Field Hockey Complex on Apr. 2 against Syracuse at 1 p.m.
The Lions hit the road the following Sunday Apr. 9, traveling to Princeton for a rematch of the NCAA First-Round game hosted here at Penn State Field Hockey complex that saw the Nittany Lions season come to an end after a 17-2 regular season.
Penn State returns to Happy Valley for an in-state battle against Bucknell Apr. 11 at 7 p.m. ET.
The team concludes its spring schedule hosting Maryland at the Nook in Lancaster, Pa. with a game time set for 5 p.m. ET.
The Nittany Lions will play their annual alumni game Apr. 22 at 1 p.m. ET at the Penn State Field Hockey Complex.
