UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The 2017 Penn State Football poster will be available Tuesday, July 11 and distributed at various locations in State College by members of the Penn State Football team. Additionally, the Nittany Lion Club and Penn State Alumni Association chapters will host free Poster Pick Up Parties in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Washington D.C.

Members of the Penn State football team will be distributing the 2017 poster Tuesday, July 11 from 6-7 p.m. in downtown State College (Beaver and College Avenues).

The Poster Pick Up Parties will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in four cities. All Poster Pick Up Parties are free to attend.

The Pittsburgh Poster Pick Up Party will take place at McFadden's ââ'¬" 211 N. Shore Dr., the Philadelphia Poster Pick Up Party will take place at Field House ââ'¬" 1150 Filbert Street, the Harrisburg Poster Pick Up Party will take place at the Vineyard & Brewery at Hershey ââ'¬" 598 Schoolhouse Road, Middletown and the Washington D.C. Poster Pick Up Party will be held at Proper 21 ââ'¬" 1319 F St. NW.

Penn State Football is asking fans to share or tweet a picture of their 'Game Face' using the hashtag #PSUgameface. This year's poster features a perforated option which allows you to place your face within the poster and show us your best #PSUgameface. Instructions are located on the poster:

Beginning Wednesday, July 12, posters will be available in State College at the Penn State All Sports Museum, Penn State Bookstore, Penn State Ticket Offices (BJC and Beaver Stadium) and the Days Inn Penn State (240 South Pugh Street), and State College Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships (Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Blaise Alexander Hyundai Mazda). Additionally, the 2017 Penn State Football poster will be available at PSECU locations in State College (502 E College Ave) and Harrisburg (121 Strawberry Street & One Innovation Way).

The Nittany Lions' home schedule features a trio of non-conference games, including Pitt's first visit to Beaver Stadium since 1999. The Nittany Lions open the season against Akron (Sept. 2) and face Pitt (Sept. 9) and Georgia State (Sept. 16) to close out a three-game homestand to start the year. In Big Ten play, Penn State welcomes Indiana (Sept. 30), Michigan (Oct. 21), Rutgers (Nov. 11 - Homecoming) and Nebraska (Nov. 18) to Happy Valley.

More than 8,400 new season tickets have been sold for the 2017 campaign.
