Penn State will be well-represented Thursday, October 19 at Big Ten Men's Basketball Media Day at Madison Square Garden. Coach Patrick Chambers, Tony Carr, a member of the 2017 Big Ten All-Freshman team, junior Josh Reaves and sophomore Lamar Stevens will spend the day speaking about the 2017-18 season with members of the media.
More than 100 media outlets will participate in the annual event, which is being held in MSG for the first time. All 14 Big Ten teams will return to Madison Square Garden for the 2018 Big Ten Tournament from Wednesday, February 28-March 4.
Throughout the day, Penn State alumni and fans can follow #B1GMediaDay on both the conference social media accounts and at @PennStateMBB and @Coach_Chambers on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram at @PennStateMBB.
BTN will broadcast Thursday's media day coverage live with coaches' press conferences from 9 a.m. to noon ET, followed by additional interviews and analysis with Dave Revsine and Jon Crispin. From noon ET to 3 p.m. ET, representatives from all 14 schools will visit the set to discuss the upcoming season. All coverage from media day can be streamed live on BTN2Go and Fox Sports Go.

The Nittany Lions will host Bloomsburg in an exhibition game on Sunday, Nov. 5 at 12 p.m. and open the regular season on Friday, Nov. 10, hosting Campbell at 4 p.m. during Penn State's Homecoming weekend events.
