UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Penn State University and the men's ice hockey team have announced a game time change for next Saturday, November 25 against Michigan State. Puck drop is now slated for 8 p.m. at Pegula Ice Arena.
The change follows the Monday announcement that the Penn State football game at Maryland is set for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff. Moving the puck drop back an hour will allow our Penn State Athletics fans the opportunity to enjoy both events in their entirety.
The football game vs. Maryland will be shown on the videoboard and on the concourse TVs at Pegula prior to the hockey game. However, doors to the arena will not open prior to their regularly scheduled 90 minutes before puck drop (6:30 p.m.).
Friday's game will remain a 7 p.m. puck drop. Tickets for the Michigan State series are still available on ticketmaster.com for as low as $18.
